The Self Law Firm recently filed several new expungement petitions for clients we had previously represented on criminal matters. What all these cases had in common was the fact that the client had either been acquitted or had the criminal charges dismissed upon completion of a deferred prosecution program. It makes me happy to know that in a few short months, these clients will have clean criminal records again.
